Refund Policy

At Out of the Box Baking, every dessert is handcrafted with care to meet your expectations. Because our products are made fresh and often customized, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise and will always do our best to make things right within reasonable limits.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
Refunds will not apply in the following cases:

Change of mind after the order has been confirmed or produced

Failure to provide accurate delivery or pickup information

Missed pickup or delivery due to customer unavailability

Subjective taste preferences (“not as expected,” “too sweet,” etc.)

Minor color, design, or decoration variations that occur as part of the handmade process

Damage caused after pickup or delivery
Order Accuracy and Quality
f there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect flavor, size, or product), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Orders canceled after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparations may already be underway.
